This role involves upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance, promoting products, specials, and promotions. The Customer Service Representative will also receive cross-training for various store operations, including product preparation, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products. A key aspect of the role is providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers over the phone and in person, exhibiting a sense of urgency when assisting customers. The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and use a computer-based order entry system is essential. The position also contributes to and promotes an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
