This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your own dedicated home office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring a positive and professional experience. We are offering a competitive annual salary ranging from $58,000 to $125,000 USD, dependent on experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or a similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- A high degree of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace are essential for this role.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email, telephone, and live chat.
- Proactively identify and assess customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution to solve the problem.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records with accuracy and detail.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide customers with comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimise customer service processes.
