About The Position

The Customer Service Representative takes and processes customer orders, provides customer service, handles cash, and helps keep the customer area and facility clean. The role also involves making Domino’s pizzas, preparing food, controlling portions, and following hygiene and food-safety practices. General store-team duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and food.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take customer orders and upsell.
• Address customer concerns.
• Greet customers within 10 seconds.
• Handle cash.
• Keep the customer area clean.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Make high-quality Domino’s pizzas.
• Follow food and portion control, hygiene, and food-safety practices.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
