About The Position
The Customer Service Rep takes orders over the phone and in person, greets customers promptly, addresses customer concerns, and upsells products. The role also handles cash, keeps the customer area clean, and assists Pizza Makers with toppings and dough. Employees are expected to maintain all image standards set by DPI and bring a great attitude and high energy to the role.
