About The Position

The main Requirement for Domino’s Pizza Customer Service Representative Applicants is to have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice oriented. Customer Representatives need to speak with customers all throughout his or her shift so they must know how to deal with various customer related issues. They must also be well versed when it comes to product details, services, charges, and other related important information which will be related to customers whenever it is needed.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers throughout the shift.
• Deal with various customer related issues.
• Be well versed in product details, services, and charges.
• Provide customers with important information as needed.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
• Stock shelves with ingredients and supplies.
• Carry large cans and pizza sauce.
• Carry trays of pizza dough.
• Push and pull trays on dollies.
• Navigate stairs or climb a ladder for sign changes or maintenance.
• Perform tasks at the pizza assembly station, including forward bending.
• Stock ingredients at the front counter.
• Crouch/squat to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reach continuously up, down, and forward for various tasks.
• Use eye-hand coordination for continuous hand use.
• Shape pizza dough, requiring forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Manipulate a pizza peel to remove pizza from the oven.
• Use a rolling cutter.
• Pinch forcefully to assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
