About The Position
This role involves operating all necessary equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling telephone orders. The position also requires taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis. Key skills include accurate mathematical calculations, effective verbal and written communication, strong motor coordination for precise movements, and the ability to enter orders using a computer or touchscreen. The representative must be able to communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
