Temperaments needed are the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make decisions. Most tasks are performed standing, with walking in short distances. Sitting is required for paperwork. Lifting involves handling deliveries up to 50 pounds, and stacking items up to 72 inches high. Carrying includes pizzas, sides, and beverages. Pushing is required for moving trays on dollies. Climbing stairs or ladders may be necessary. Stooping/bending is required at the pizza assembly station and for stocking. Crouching/squatting is performed occasionally. Reaching is continuous, up, down, and forward. Hand tasks require continuous eye-hand coordination, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping dough and manipulating tools. Tools and equipment used may include pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
