About The Position
This role involves receiving and processing telephone orders, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The position requires the ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, perform basic math for accurate change, and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor as the first point of contact. Additionally, the role requires the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor and the capacity to stand for long periods as there are no chairs for employees.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to do basic math skills (accurately give change).
- Have an outgoing personality with our customers, you will be our first contact with our phone in and carryout customers and will need to communicate with them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and facility as requested.
