About The Position
This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and receiving/processing telephone orders. The representative will also be responsible for taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Key skills include accurate and quick mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal and written communication for order processing, motor coordination for precise movements, and the ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry. Effective verbal communication with customers and co-workers is essential.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities
