About The Position
This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Training will be provided on the job. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and co-workers, both verbally and in writing, to process orders accurately. The position requires the ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory and monetary transactions, use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry, and possess good motor coordination for precise movements.
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
