• Pushing trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Eye-hand coordination is essential.
• Use of hands is continuous during the day.
• Frequent use of one or both hands.
• Ability to shape pizza dough.
• Ability to manipulate a pizza peel.
• Ability to use a rolling cutter.
• Ability to pinch to assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
• Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

• Making, baking, or taking pizzas during hungry hours.
• Handling customer service with personality and people skills.
• Unloading bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
• Carrying large cans and pizza sauce.
• Carrying trays of pizza dough.
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies.
• Navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for tasks like changing prices on signs, washing walls, or performing maintenance.
• Stooping/bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
• Crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks.
• Shaping pizza dough, requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Manipulating a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using a rolling cutter.
• Pinching to assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasping cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Utilizing pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
