Spring Dance Hot Tubs, now part of the Leslie's family, is the oldest exclusive hot tub dealer in the Philadelphia, PA region with over 25 years of experience. We specialize in selling hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and backyard accessories, featuring top brands like Hot Spring®, Caldera®, and Freeflow®. Our Service and Water Valet teams are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include scheduling service appointments, processing orders and payments, and offering product support. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient inquiry handling, organization, and a positive, solutions-focused approach in a dynamic setting.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion
Accurately process orders, payments, and warranty claims

Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
