  • Ability to frequently and/or forcefully use forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough.
  • Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter.
  • Ability to frequently and/or forcefully pinch when assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
  • Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Carrying pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds.
  • Carrying trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray.

Responsibilities

  • Making, baking, or taking pizzas during hungry hours.
  • Handling customer service with personality and people skills.
  • Potentially growing into management or beyond.
  • Unloading bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
  • Carrying large cans and pizza sauce.
  • Carrying trays of pizza dough.
  • Pushing and pulling trays on dollies.
  • Navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance.
  • Stooping/bending at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
  • Crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
  • Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks.
  • Shaping pizza dough, using a pizza peel, and using a rolling cutter.
  • Assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
  • Utilizing pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
