About The Position

Kraken Kourts & Skates is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our facility. In this role, you'll assist guests with admissions, skate rentals, general questions, and ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience.

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic cash handling and computer skills
  • Dependable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for creating a fun and welcoming environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service from check-in to departure
  • Process admissions, memberships, and payments accurately
  • Assist with skate rentals and equipment returns
  • Answer customer questions about events, programs, and facility rules
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Help resolve customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Support staff during events, parties, and busy skating sessions
