This role involves operating all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The job requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, and reach/grasp with hands. It also requires tolerating exposure to varying temperatures and conditions both inside and outside. On-the-job training will be provided, including customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Strong customer service skills are essential, including the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
