Responsibilities

Handle customer service inquiries and provide assistance.
Operate in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.
Work with hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.
Handle sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Perform tasks requiring talking and hearing on the telephone.
Utilize near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Use depth perception.
Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Direct activities.
Perform repetitive tasks.
Work alone and with others.
Work under stress.
Meet strict quality control standards.
Deal with people.
Analyze and compile data.
Make judgments and decisions.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
Lift and stack cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Carry large cans and pizza sauce.
Carry trays of pizza dough.
Push and pull trays on dollies.
Navigate stairs or climb a ladder infrequently.
Perform forward bending at the waist.
Crouch or squat occasionally.
Perform reaching continuously; up, down and forward.
Perform tasks requiring eye-hand coordination.
Use one or both hands continuously.
Shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Manipulate a pizza peel.
Perform frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
Grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
