About The Position
Domino’s Customer Service Representative (CSR) Pay: $15.92 per hour We’re looking for friendly, dependable team members to provide excellent customer service and help keep our store running smoothly.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- No experience required; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in person and over the phone.
- Enter orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Domino’s standards.
- Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging.
- Assist with customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Work with the team to complete orders accurately and on time.
