This role involves upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance. The Customer Service Representative will promote pizza products, specials, and promotions. They will also receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. A sense of urgency is required when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers. The position demands providing quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person. The ability to speak and write clearly, comprehend using a computer-based order entry system, and contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun are essential. Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts.
