About The Position

As an RPM Customer Service Representative, you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for customers. You help create a welcoming experience and make customers’ lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude while representing the Domino’s brand. The role includes taking orders, preparing products to company standards, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, supporting store operations, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older; a work permit is required in some locations.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.

• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
