About The Position

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role is located in Rosemount, Minnesota, and is listed as full-time or part-time, with an hourly pay range of $14.00 to $14.00. The position includes front-desk duties, member support, and helping maintain the club.

Stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift.
Talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
Lift up to 50 lbs. for less than 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Greet potential members and provide a positive customer experience.
Answer phone calls politely and help customers with questions or concerns.
Handle information calls and provide tours.
Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
Address member service issues and questions, escalating them to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead when needed.
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
