Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be willing and able to work all stations in-store
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication on telephone and in person
  • Near and mid-range vision
  • Depth perception
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
  • Ability to direct activities
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work alone and with others

  • Ability to meet strict quality control standards

  • Eye-hand coordination is essential
  • Use of hands is continuous during the day
  • Ability to shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
  • Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the different pizza cutters
  • Ability to perform frequent and/or forceful pinching when assembling cardboard pizza boxes
  • Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, the pizza peel, and pizza boxes

Nice To Haves

  • Far vision and night vision are needed for delivery personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers on the phone and in-store
  • Expediting orders from the cut table
  • Making menu items
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Operating all store equipment
  • Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • Preparing products
  • Receiving and processing telephone orders
  • Cleaning equipment and facility
