About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with strong people skills and a positive attitude. The role offers schedules that may accommodate other commitments, and may be part-time or full-time. Team members can pursue opportunities to advance from customer service into management and other roles within the company. The position involves working in a pizza store and may include standing, preparing and handling food, responding to phone calls, stocking supplies, cleaning, and other store tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
• Near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.
• Ability to stand for most tasks and walk short distances.
• Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds and carry other supplies, including pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds.
• Ability to push or pull trays on a dolly, climb stairs or a ladder infrequently, and perform bending, squatting, reaching, and continuous hand-use tasks.
• Eye-hand coordination and ability to grasp and use a phone, cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Ability to perform repetitive work, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, and deal with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and deal with people.
• Perform repetitive tasks and work independently or with others, including under stress and according to strict quality-control standards.
• Unload and stock deliveries, including lifting and carrying supplies.
• Prepare and handle pizza and other food items, including shaping dough and using a pizza cutter and peel.
• Answer phones and perform other in-store tasks.
• Clean work areas and perform tasks such as removing trash, washing dishes or walls, and maintaining the store.
• Change prices on signs and perform other tasks that may require using stairs or a ladder.
• Make judgments and decisions and analyze and compile data.
