About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to support in-store operations. Team members work together to provide quality service and help prepare, bake, or serve pizzas during busy periods. The role may be part-time or full-time, and schedules are described as accommodating. Opportunities for advancement may include management and other roles within the company.

The position involves working in an environment with food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces and tools, moving mechanical parts, sharp edges, cramped areas, and changing temperatures. Team members may also encounter adverse weather while taking out trash or performing other outdoor tasks. Work includes standing, walking, handling ingredients and supplies, operating phones and equipment, and completing repetitive tasks while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with customers.
• Assist with making, baking, or serving pizzas.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks as needed.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Complete paperwork and perform in-store tasks such as cleaning and maintenance.
• Use phones and other equipment, and handle pizza-related tools and products.
• Work independently and with others, perform repetitive tasks, and meet quality-control standards.
