About The Position
This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning the facility. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and give written instructions, and to verbally communicate with customers and co-workers for order processing. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations for transactions, making correct monetary change, and utilizing verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Motor coordination for precise hand and finger movements is necessary, as is the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
