About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, and maintaining cleanliness. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, both in person and over the phone. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations for transactions, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to use a computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry. The work environment includes a range of temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and cramped spaces. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and differentiating hot/cold surfaces. Temperaments suited for this role include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make decisions.

Requirements

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add/subtract/multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
