About The Position

Harmony Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers while taking orders. The role involves upholding a strong brand image, ensuring store cleanliness, preparing perfect products, and learning organizational and inventory skills. The representative will provide amazing customer service, execute time management, and utilize advanced equipment in a diverse work environment. The ability to take ownership in resolving problems and operating all store equipment is essential.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older (with a work permit in some areas) and possess a willingness to learn.
Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
Be outgoing, have a positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication and verbal skills.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
