Requirements
- Proven customer service experience or equivalent work experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening and empathetic approach to customer interactions
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding customer-centered solutions
- Patience and composure when handling difficult or frustrated customers
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate, helpful solutions
- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints with patience and understanding
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product and service information to customers, answering questions thoroughly
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
- Customize solutions based on individual customer needs and preferences
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a supportive attitude toward customers
