Responsibilities

Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail
Prepare and assemble pizzas according to company standards and quality specifications
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and handling complaints with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and busy periods
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations
Multitask effectively by managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while prioritizing customer needs
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed throughout your shift
