About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for customer interaction, order taking, payment processing, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance according to company standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be a fun and friendly person, comfortable talking to strangers.
- Must be a team player who is on time every day with a great attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile, including over the phone.
- Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
- Making fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, from the front customer areas to the back of the store.
- Maintaining a professional appearance in compliance with company image standards.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
