Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor and answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Take accurate customer orders and process transactions using our point-of-sale system with precision and efficiency
- Handle cash and payment processing while maintaining accuracy and following all security protocols
- Prepare products according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment throughout the store, including customer-facing areas and back-of-house operations
- Uphold professional appearance and grooming standards at all times, representing our brand with pride
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support store operations during peak and off-peak hours
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional duties as assigned to support team needs
- Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekends and holidays when the team needs you most
