Requirements

Qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work alone and with others.
Ability to work under stress.
Ability to meet strict quality control standards.
Ability to deal with people.
Ability to analyze and compile data.
Ability to make judgments and decisions.
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequent activities require use of one or both hands.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to reach above 72 inches occasionally.
Ability to push with up to 7.5 pounds of force.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks from a standing position.
Walk for short distances for short durations.
Handle paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
Lift and stack cases of ingredients and supplies.
Carry large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough.
Push or pull trays on dollies.
Navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
Bend forward at the waist.
Crouch or squat to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reach continuously; up, down and forward.
Shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter.
Pinch cardboard pizza boxes.
Grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
