About The Position
This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and receiving/processing telephone orders. The representative will also be responsible for taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Key skills include accurate and quick mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills for order processing, and good motor coordination for precise and rapid movements. The ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, comprehend and give written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers is essential.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities
