About The Position
This role involves operating all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders via phone and internet, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the facility. The job requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, and grasp with hands. Employees will also need to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions both inside and outside. On-the-job training will cover customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and co-workers.
