This role involves the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory and completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The job also requires customer service skills, including the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person. On-the-job training will be provided, covering customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice.
