About The Position

ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a customer service rep for Colorado's Office of Economic Security, Division of Food and Energy Assistance Program. This role is full-time, 3 months in duration, hybrid (1 day in office).

Requirements

  • Familiarity with excel or Google sheets
  • Familiarity with communication methods (email, voicemail, phone call, virtual conferencing)
  • Ability to communicate clearly to provide effective customer service to clients

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ebtEDGE system
  • Experience with Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS)
  • Familiarity with Summer EBT program
  • Spanish speaking

Responsibilities

  • Voicemail transcription
  • Responding to live calls from Summer EBT clients
  • Processing Summer EBT card replacement requests for clients
  • Calling Summer EBT clients to gather information for follow-up
  • Supporting walk-in Summer EBT clients in-person
  • Escalating complicated client requests to the Summer EBT team as needed
  • Data entry into spreadsheets
