About The Position

The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for operating all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. This role requires strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
