This role involves upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance, promoting products, specials, and promotions. The Customer Service Representative will receive cross-training in various aspects of store operations, including product preparation, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. A key aspect of the role is exhibiting a sense of urgency when handling phone orders and assisting carryout customers, while consistently providing quality customer service both over the phone and in person. The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and to use a computer-based order entry system is essential. The position also requires contributing to and promoting an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
