About The Position

This role involves receiving and processing telephone orders, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The position requires strong communication skills, basic math abilities for handling transactions, and an outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers. Proficiency in using a computer keyboard or touchscreen monitor for order entry is also necessary. A key physical requirement is the ability to stand for extended periods, as chairs are not provided for employees.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to do basic math skills (accurately give change).
  • Have an outgoing personality with our customers, you will be our first contact with our phone in and carryout customers and will need to communicate with them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Clean equipment and facility as requested.
