Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentation in our system
Process customer orders, transactions, and requests efficiently
Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and concerns have been fully addressed
Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support one another
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate management when necessary
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to supervisors
