- Carrying trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs per tray)
- Pushing to move trays on dollies (force up to 7.5 pounds)
- Pulling trays
- Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder
- Forward bending at the waist
- Crouching/Squatting occasionally
- Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward)
- Eye-hand coordination
- Use of hands is continuous
- Frequent and/or forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough
- Manipulating a pizza peel
- Using a rolling cutter
- Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
- Grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes
- Utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel
