About The Position
The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for greeting walk-in and phone customers politely and friendly, accurately taking every customer's order, and correctly labeling and boxing orders. This role also involves handling money and correctly counting change quickly, as well as performing basic cleaning and back-of-house tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dishes, and stocking.
