This role involves upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance, promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions. The Customer Service Representative will receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. A sense of urgency is required when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers. The position requires providing quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person. The ability to speak and write clearly and comprehend using a computer-based order entry system is necessary. The role also contributes to and promotes an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
