We're growing so fast it's hard to keep up, and that means Domino's has lots of ways for you to grow (if that's what you want), perhaps to management, perhaps beyond. Requirements

  • Qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills.
  • Ability to work part or full time.
  • Ability to work with others.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Ability to meet strict quality control standards.
  • Ability to deal with people.
  • Ability to analyze and compile data.
  • Ability to make judgments and decisions.
  • Standing for most tasks.
  • Walking for short distances for short durations.
  • Sitting for paperwork completion.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Carrying large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs per tray).
  • Pushing/pulling trays on dollies.
  • Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently.
  • Stooping/bending at the waist.
  • Crouching/squatting occasionally.
  • Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward).
  • Eye-hand coordination is essential.
  • Use of hands is continuous.
  • Frequent and/or forceful pinching for box assembly.
  • Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
  • Ability to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
