Are you a people-focused problem solver who enjoys helping others and keeping things moving? We’re looking for an in-office Customer Service Representative to join our Chico, CA team and provide responsive, professional support to customers, business partners, and internal teams. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for inquiries from the general public, real estate agents, brokers, agencies, and other business partners. Depending on the business area, you may assist with escrow-related questions, insurance policy or claims inquiries, technical support needs, or other service requests. You’ll communicate with customers through phone, email, and web-based applications to answer questions, resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure each interaction is handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism. You’ll also use computerized systems to track requests, gather information, troubleshoot concerns, and document activity.

  • A helpful, professional, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfort using computerized systems and web-based tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong follow-through and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a call center, office, escrow, insurance, real estate, or service-related environment is a plus
