About The Position

This role involves various tasks within a store environment, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness. Specifically, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for taking and upselling customer orders, addressing customer concerns, greeting customers promptly, handling cash, maintaining the cleanliness of the customer area, making pizzas, adhering to food and portion control standards, practicing hygiene and food safety, preparing food, and performing general cleaning duties.
