About The Position
This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and receiving/processing telephone orders. The position also requires taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Key skills include accurate and quick mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal, writing, and telephone communication for order processing, and good eye-hand coordination for precise and rapid movements. The ability to enter orders via computer or touchscreen, comprehend and give written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers are also essential.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities
