About The Position

A leading outdoor apparel and footwear company is seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support increased customer demand during their busy season. In this role, you'll be the voice of the brand, assisting customers through phone, chat, and email while providing personalized, high-quality service.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Retail, call center, hospitality, sales, or food service experience is highly transferable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling difficult customer conversations professionally
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Experience with Microsoft Office and email platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong desire to help customers

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, chats, and emails
Assist customers with product questions, order inquiries, billing, and account-related concerns
Help customers with warranty claims and claim status updates
Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Make customer-focused decisions while adhering to company policies
Build rapport with customers through friendly and personalized interactions
Learn product information and stay up to date on product offerings
Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction
