Customer Service Rep, Long term care

About The Position

This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enters orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center. The hours for this position are 9am to 6pm. Responsibilities include warehouse cleaning of medical equipment, adding new residents to the existing LTC customer database, following up on the delivery of requested items, answering questions, troubleshooting customer issues, and after-hours dispatching when scheduled.

Requirements

  • Read and analyze documents such as customer orders
  • Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers alike
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer literacy is necessary
