The representative will navigate pre-scripted responses, follow established policies and procedures, and assist callers with online applications. A differential of 10% is offered for evening shift hours between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Attendance and punctuality are essential, and the ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
