As a Customer Service Receptionist (CSR) for our Club Pet boarding facility, you play an incremental role in coordinating a quality client experience. Each day your responsibilities may include: customer communications (via phone, email, or in person), managing reservation requests and check-ins, file and medical record-keeping, organizing and maintaining the office-space, and processing daily operational procedures. In this role, you are a front-office ambassador to the pets boarding onsite with us. You should be energetic towards learning about cat/dog characteristics as an aspect of your role. We additionally are seeking a candidate who is genuinely excited to work with pet parents and interested in outreach by marketing our boarding services to the community. As a relations expert, you are accountable for delivering an excellent customer experience and assisting a guest's needs in a pleasant and professional manner. In the role of a Customer Service Receptionist, you will represent the Helen Woodward Animal Center by actively working with members of our community. As a member of our team, we ask that you adhere to all policies and procedures of the Center and are respectful to patrons, coworkers, and animals at all times.
